About Alex Price

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 18 years since I moved to Colorado for a graduate school fellowship at the University of Denver. Back in 2008, I knew I loved the mountains, but I didn't yet realize I was finding my forever home.

Fast forward to today: my wife and I just celebrated our 10th anniversary, and our two kids are at that incredible age where every weekend is an adventure. Whether we’re catching some morning runs at Beaver Creek or just walking from our house in Homestead down to Riverwalk for a coffee, those moments of connection are what it’s all about.

I spent over a decade as an elementary school teacher, and I used to live for that "lightbulb moment"—the exact second a student finally understood a tough concept. These days, I get that same feeling in real estate. Seeing a client realize they’ve found "the one" is my new version of that lightbulb moment. I’m incredibly lucky to help people build their lives here, and I’m grateful for the trust you put in me to help find your home.
