Rod is more of a real estate planner than a traditional agent — he consistently goes above and beyond in ways most agents don’t. I also appreciate how they encourage me to dream big while they handle all the research and legwork that goes into finding the right properties for us. I can’t recommend them enough.

It is difficult to effectively put into words the exceptional experience I had with Ryan Dube as my Realtor. As an out-of-state buyer, 2 time zones away, I was hoping to work with a professional who made themselves available outside of their "usual" business hours (which are already extensive), was willing to accommodate (multiple) "virtual" showings, could accurately capture their thoughts and observations during those showings, and would assert their resources throughout the process including - but not limited to - broker resources, financing, inspectors, HOA insights, and negotiation in a fast-paced market. Ryan exceeded every expectation and helped our family find a fantastic condo in Silverthorne that checked every box on our wish list.

Throughout the journey, I never felt like I was being a bother... though I am sure I was a handful at times. Ryan was so easy to communicate with, accessible, thoughtful, honest, and a genuine pleasure to exchange ideas with. Once in contract, he really showed just how valuable he was to the process when things outside of our control (lender communication and appraisal booking) became an issue. Ryan's local resources and professional advocacy were key in getting to the closing table on time and a potential disaster was averted.

During these uncertain and unpredictable times (COVID), flexibility and resilience are important. Ryan Dube is someone who keeps his knees bent, is ready to respond, and is a true professional in his field. He also has a great sense of humor, is quick with a laugh, and easy to relate to. I would highly recommend Ryan Dube to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Summit County Colorado - and hope to work with him again in the years to come!
