Coaching& Training
Training at Colorado Mountain Living is designed to support agents at every stage of their real estate career. Through our affiliation with Keller Williams Realty, agents have access to local, regional, and national training opportunities delivered through both live and digital formats. This layered approach ensures that learning is practical, relevant, and available when agents need it—whether they are building momentum early or refining a mature business.
At the local level, agents benefit from hands-on support and consistent coaching. We have an onsite productivity coach focused on helping agents develop strong daily habits, improve performance, and gain clarity in their business. In addition, we host weekly high-level training called The Lift, led by our Operating Principal, Russ Nolting, which focuses on leadership, mindset, social media, AI, and the strategic disciplines required to build a durable real estate business in competitive markets.
