About Dan Derman

Dan Derman’s career path has taken him through Higher Education Administration, Small Business Ownership in Property Management, and Corporate Management at a Fortune 6 company. Yet, he finds his most fulfilling work in Real Estate. Dan is passionate about guiding clients through the often daunting process of buying or selling their homes. With his listening skills and attention to detail, he ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.

Recently, Dan and his wife, Tonya, built their dream home in Estes Park, where Dan oversaw the entire construction process. They also owned a Downtown Loft that they rented out via Airbnb, giving him firsthand knowledge of the local market, renovation, and income property management. Originally from North Dakota, Dan and Tonya have called Colorado home for 11 years. They love hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, enjoying daily walks in the beautiful Colorado landscape, and spending time with their three grown children whenever they can. Dan is on the Board of the Estes Valley Rec and Park District. In 2023, he was a top 3% producer within Keller Williams Colorado. In 2024, he moved into the top 1% of producers in Keller Williams Colorado.

In 2025, Dan was once again in the top 1% of Keller Williams Colorado producers by volume.
