About Holly Marie Kay

A native of Colorado, Holly has called Vail and the Eagle River Valley home for over 20 years. Her background as a professional video producer, host, and videographer, combined with her love of snowboarding, is what brought her here in 2004 when she scored her dream job working for a local video production company. That opportunity afforded her the ability to connect with, film, and gain an intimate knowledge of the players, places, and history of this mountain paradise in the heart of the rocky mountains. In addition to filming with and interviewing the top ski and snowboard athletes in the world, musicians, artists, historians, elected officials, event producers, media moguls, colorful residents, and more, Holly has edited countless videos showcasing the history of Vail, past and present events, luxury properties and resorts, and the mountain lifestyle with its incredible events and people. At the same time Holly moved to Vail at the age of 23 and embarked upon her storied video production career, she also purchased her first home. It was a small but clean, modern condo in the eclectic Riverwalk Center in Edwards. This required hard work and tenacity, two factors that are deeply embedded in Holly's mode of operation! Holly likes to say that was the "best decision she ever made," because there is no quicker ROI (return-on-investment) than home equity, especially when you purchase property in a world-renowned resort community like the Vail Valley. Having sold that condo in 2015 and upgraded to her current home in Eagle, Holly has always kept an eye on the local and national real estate market and trends in addition to her own real-life experience.
