About Lambert Douglas Chrastil

Born and raised in Estes Park, Colorado, Lambert earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Colorado State University, developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A former All-State baseball player, he brings discipline, teamwork, and focus into his professional career. Inspired by his grandfather’s career in real estate, Lambert is driven by a commitment to service and community impact. He most recently served as Assistant Manager of the Lake Estes Marina and is now excited to begin his career as a full-time real estate broker, applying his skills and local expertise to help clients achieve their goals.
