Carrie was fantastic to work with! My husband and I decided, VERY last minute, that we wanted to sell our home when moving out of state instead of renting it. Carrie was incredible, she had professional photos taken and within two days of meeting with her our listing was up and active! Not only did she keep us updated every step of the way, she took time to visit the property and make sure it was properly cleaned and cared for while we were no longer local to do so ourselves! From listing to close was 4 months and a total breeze! We cannot recommend her enough!

My family and I have been working with Ryan for almost 3 years now looking for the right property in the Summit County / Park County area. It's been a crazy market to say the least and at one point found ourselves in a bidding war for one. That particular property did not work out in our favor, but no matter! We found an even better one, in a nicer area six months later for a lower cost! We recently closed on the lot last month and our family is ecstatic about the future home we plan to build there. Ryan exceeded my expectation all along. Every question we had, he answered quickly and completely and made an intimidating process virtually stress free. He treated us like we were his only client even though we know he probably has 50 others. Exceptional service, attention, and professionalism.
