Russ Nolting is a trusted real estate advisor serving buyers and sellers in both Missouri and Colorado, with a particular focus on St. Louis and Colorado’s premier mountain resort markets, including Summit County and Vail. With more than 30 years in the business, Russ brings rare perspective to the table: he doesn’t just study the market—he actively operates and sells within it.

In Missouri, Russ built Keller Williams Realty STL into the dominant brokerage in the St. Louis metro area, leading in agent count, sales units, and total sales volume. Under his leadership, annual sales grew from $300 million to over $1.1 billion, while profitability increased by 350%. In Colorado, Russ serves as Regional Director of Keller Williams Realty Colorado and Operating Principal of KW Top of the Rockies and KW Mountain Properties, overseeing and selling in some of the most competitive luxury and resort markets in the country.

Russ is both a hands-on real estate professional and a proven business strategist. His experience spans primary residences, second homes, luxury properties, and investment real estate across two very different markets—giving clients a clear advantage whether they are relocating, investing, or upgrading their lifestyle. Russ has experienced team members to enhance the customer experience in both locations.

An entrepreneur at heart, Russ founded Nolting Enterprises, Inc. and Nolting Real Estate, which later merged into Keller Williams Realty. He is also the host of the Where Entrepreneurs Thrive podcast and has been featured in Real Producers St. Louis, the St. Louis Business Journal, and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
