About Maureen Evans

Maureen Evans grew up in Maryland with a love for horses where she trained thoroughbred yearlingsfor the racetrack while attending Towson State University. After graduating with a master's degree inteaching, she headed to Breckenridge, Colorado for a ski adventure. Falling in love with the mountainlifestyle and all that it had to offer, she decided to never leave. In 2000 she earned her real estatelicense and joined a family owned real estate development company in Breckenridge. For 20 years shewas a top producer selling high-end, ski in/out properties. Her husband's building and developmentcompany, New West Partners sparked her interest and in 2020 joined Keller Williams Top of the Rockiesin Summit County. Living and working in the area for over three decades, Maureen has the experienceand expertise to help you find the perfect lot to build your dream home, find a high-quality newconstruction residence, or anything in between. Maureen enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, horseback riding,international adventure travel and spending quality time with her husband Alan, their 2 Quarter Horsesand their 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs.
