About Ruth Stanley

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ruth Stanley relocated to the Vail Valley over 33 years ago and has witnessed its considerable growth, change, and redevelopment firsthand. With 16 years of experience on the development side of real estate and a Real Estate Broker’s license, she brings a strategic, well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Her deep understanding of the market and proficiency in the contract process, combined with strong marketing and organizational skills, allows her listings to sell quickly while positioning her buyers for success.

Ruth is dedicated to providing exceptional, highly personalized service and takes great pride in the relationships she builds with her clients. She works relentlessly on their behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals—whether that means finding a dream home, upsizing, downsizing, or selling a property that no longer fits their lifestyle.

Beyond real estate, Ruth is deeply engaged in the Vail Valley community. She serves on the Avon Town Council and as the Town Council liaison for the Health and Recreation Committee, as well as the Town’s Cultural Arts Special Events (CASE) Committee, where she has been an active volunteer since 2017. In addition, she serves on the Board with High Five Access Media and the Vail Valley Art Guild, focusing on fundraising, collaboration, and strengthening community connections.
