About Cody McCurry

I am an avid skier and mountain biker who first moved to Summit County in 2008. During my 20's in Summit, I worked for Vail Resorts, have waited tables, and also tuned skis and bikes at Keystone. I left Summit County in 2019 when I sold my home in Silverthorne and moved to Colorado Springs where I owned and operated a manufacturing/retail/wholesale business until I sold out in 2023 and moved back to Silverthorne. While in Colorado Springs I gutted and remodeled my home and flipped it. I then bought a home in Centennial Colorado in order to be a bit closer to skiing. I gained much experience while being a business owner managing around 40 employees and being in charge of bookkeeping, taxes, licensing, sales, and HR for my company. Having grown up on a cattle ranch in southwest Missouri to a family who not only ranched, but also developed land and built houses to sell, real estate has always been apart of my life. Growing up in a real cowboy family allowed me to develop a strong and honest work ethic from an early age. I look forward to assisting buyers and sellers with my knowledge of Summit County and the surrounding areas and am happy to be on the KW Top of the Rockies team. I am a hard working, honest, fun, and relatable person who understands the needs of my clients. I always strive to do my best for those that I work for and represent.
